First of all, sorry it's been so long since we last posted what was our first and only blog. Time has been short over the last 11 months as we continue to grow Langston Builders into one of the best building company in London. In that time we have experienced that market conditions are still tough in the building industry but for those of us that are prepared to offer real value through quality and reliability there is still work out there to be won. Whilst the opposition struggles we are still committed to quality and customer service.
In the last few months we have completed several insurance repair projects, a loft conversion and some general renovation work throughout West London in areas such as Fulham, Balham, Kensington and Paddington which demonstrates our commitment to work all over West/ Central London, North and South of the river. Anyone who takes on a project for their property will tell you that working with builders is an 'experience' but through our dedicated management teams both on and off site we are here to make sure that it is as stress free as possible.

Work undertaken:
New centrall heating installation including copper pipe work and Worcester Bosch Combi boiler.
Full electrical rewire approx. 100 points.
Rebuild and install 2 new gas living flame fires including new lintels and flue liners.
New luxury German built kitchen and utility room with Neff appliances. Kitchen doorway shrunk by approx 150mm to allow for more cupboard space.
Installation of new bathroom suite with remote control shower over bath. Included installation of wall boards.
Additional miscellaneous joinery consisted of custom built storage cupboards with bespoke lighting and custom built glass shelves. Replacement skirtings and door faces as well as renewing tongue and groove flooring to make good floor hatches cut for central heating and wiring purposed. We also fitted 3 new solid wood doors.
Installation of Velux skylight and miscellaneous roof maintenance.
3 rooms replastered throughout.
Decoration consisted of stripping all gloss, sanding and repainting.
All walls were cross lined before being painted to customers colour scheme.
